Joe got his Internship! Yeah!

Joe applied for an internship with Zions Bank and we just found out last week that he got the job. He will be working in the loan department and an underwritter for small business loans. That is perfect because when he graduates he wants to do Comercial loans, so this will be a great start to his perfession. We will be working Monday through Friday and FINALLY HAVE WEEKENDS OFF. In six years he has always had to work weekends, so you can see that I am very excited for him to be home with his family for the weekend. We are so proud of him!

Bryce is Crawling

I can not believe it but, my baby is crawling. A few weeks ago Bryce started crawling and he just took off. He loves being able to get around, but now he has started to stand up while hanging on to chairs, or the couch or anything that is stable and will allow him to hold on to. I am sure he will be walking by his first birthday in August. He watches Jaxson and does everything that he does, this is only the begining, but I am ready, I think. Bryce is so laid back that he just goes with the flow. We got so lucky with him. We are so blessed to have such great childern who love each other.

Day at Bridal Vail Falls

On saturday it was such a beautiful warm day that we took the kids out for the day and had a great family day. We went to a park that is up in Provo Canyon were there is a great walking and biking path that takes you to a beautiful waterfall. This park makes you feel like you are out in the middle of no where but you are really only fifteen minutes from town. (That is what I love about Utah, there is all kids of wilderness paths to walk on, and it is still close to home.) The kids loved it, they got to walk up to the waterfall and play in the freezing water for a while. Then after the walk we brought a picnic lunch and ate it surrounded by beauty. The kids were so well behaved that it was so relaxing to be out there and having so much fun. I hope we can do this again soon.

Family Bowling Night

Over the weekend we took Jaxson bowling for the first time and HE LOVED IT! He bowled for both Joe and I for one and a half games. The lightest bowling ball they had was six pounds, and that little guy lifted the ball from the holder to the lanes, rolled it down the lanes and then ran back to the holder to wait for the ball to pop out, then he did it all over again. We were so surprised how much he enjoyed it. Bryce and myself were just hanging out watching Jaxson and Daddy bowl. Jaxson has fallen in love with sports lately and he wants to learn how to do everything. It has really been alot of fun for Joe to teach his little boy how to do sporting things. We can not wait until he turns three and we can enroll him in soccer and t-ball. But until then it looks like we will have to go bowling soon.

Our Big Boys

Jaxson and Bryce are getting so big. Jaxson is 2 now and Bryce is 6 months coming up on 7 months here on the 17th. Bryce is about as big as Jaxson is and they love each other so much, some times a little too much. Jaxson has not really started talking yet, but we are working on that. The one thing that he says all the time is football, basketball and baseball. I can not wait to get him into some type of sports when he turns three, so we have a little while to work on his catching (he loves to play catch with dad). Jaxson is in nursery at church and loves it, he is one of the most friendly, happy kid there. Bryce is our little moose. He is a solid little boy but so lovable. He watches and laughs at Jaxson all the time and what he is doing. He already has two teeth and loves to eat his baby food. He is really close to crawling, but mom can wait on that. We are so lucky to have two amazingly good little boys, they were definitely worth the wait.
